I understand and agree to follow all SEVEN:07 League rules, policies, and codes of conduct, including sportsmanship, safety, and eligibility standards. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and understand the risks involved in athletic competition. I release the SEVEN:07 League, its staff, affiliates, and sponsors from any liability related to injury or loss during league activities. I also grant permission for my name, image, and likeness to be used in league- related media, marketing, and promotions.

Each player is required to pay a $90 fee for the season. This covers league participation, team placement, and access to all scheduled games. After registration, players will receive an email with the official waiver and the leagues rule and regulations. All forms and payments are due before the first game, and please note that all payments are non-refundable.
