I confirm that I am joining this team with the approval of the team captain or coach. I understand and agree to follow all SEVEN:07 League rules, policies, and codes of conduct, including sportsmanship, safety, and eligibility standards. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and understand the risks involved in athletic competition. I release the SEVEN:07 League, its staff, affiliates, and sponsors from any liability related to injury or loss during league activities. I also grant permission for my name, image, and likeness to be used in league- related media, marketing, and promotions.

I understand that by registering as a Free agent, I will only be contacted if a team needs a player. I acknowledge that there is no upfront fee, but I agree to pay prorate fee if selected to play. I agree to respond promptly to communication and will be ready to play if contacted.
